Submission Guidelines / CFP

The Smart Business Transformation Conference (SBTC 2026) invites high-quality research contributions exploring how technology, innovation, and sustainability are reshaping businesses and societies. Authors are encouraged to submit original and unpublished work addressing the conference’s main theme and specialized tracks.

Authors may submit abstract under any of the following tracks:

Track 1: Financial Innovation & Sustainability
Track 2: Data-Driven Marketing & Customer-Centric Transformation
Track 3: Intelligent Agribusiness & Supply Chain Resilience
Track 4: Technology and Innovation
Track 5: Mathematical Modeling and Data Analytics for Sustainable Business Innovation

All submissions will undergo peer-review process to ensure scholarly rigor, relevance, and contribution to theory and practice.

All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism. Papers with a similarity index exceeding 19% (excluding references) will be rejected without review. The conference adheres to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan’s ethical research and publication guidelines.

Abstract Formatting Guidelines
Authors must adhere to the following standards:

Spacing1.5-line spacing
Word LimitAbstract: 150–300 words (excluding references)

Submission Process
All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the online submission portal.
Each submission should include a title page and an anonymized version of the abstract.
Note: Submissions received after the specified deadline will not be accepted. Authors are therefore advised to complete their submissions well before the closing date to avoid last-minute technical issues.
